Sea moss, scientifically known as Eucheuma cottonii, is a nutrient-dense sea vegetable packed with vitamins and minerals. It has 92 of the 102 minerals that our body needs, such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, calcium, bromine, iodine, selenium and magnesium.
