Acceptance of Terms
By using our private label manufacturing services for health supplements, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Order Requirements
Minimum Order Quantity: Our services require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) which will be specified based on the product.
Lead Time: Standard production lead times apply from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to commence production, with the balance due prior to shipping.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Intellectual Property
All custom formulas and private label designs will be the intellectual property of the client upon final payment.
We guarantee non-disclosure of proprietary formulas.
Quality Assurance
All products are manufactured in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for each product batch are available upon request.
Shipping and Handling
Products will be shipped FOB (freight on board) from our facility. Title and risk of loss pass to the client upon delivery to the carrier.
International clients are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of private label products, returns are not accepted unless the product deviates from agreed-upon specifications.
Any claims for discrepancies must be made within a specified timeframe after receipt of goods.
Liability Limitation
Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the products or services provided is limited to the amount paid for such products or services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
